Sunny Kaila is the CEO and founder of IT By Design (ITBD), the largest privately owned Master Managed Services Provider (MMSP) in America. He founded the company in 2003 and today it’s a global entity with 600 employees serving small- and mid-sized companies across many industries. Sunny speaks at various channel events and hosts a weekly podcast series, “Sunny’s Silver Linings”, that focuses on business leadership, advocating for innovation and self-reflection as a business owner. An advocate for SMB owners both across the MSP channel and in his backyard, in 2012 Sunny launched the Sikh American Chamber of Commerce (SACC). This nonprofit now has regional groups nationwide, carrying forward its mission of promoting education and entrepreneurship within the community. He has earned numerous industry and humanitarian awards, including the 2013 Humanitarian Award from the Kidney Urology Foundation of America.
