Scott Scrogin is an advocate for mental health and wellness in the workplace and with IT professionals. Scott is a Certified Peer Support Specialist for mental health and certified in Mental Health First Aid. He speaks nationally to groups and conducts workshops to improve awareness, increase action, and decrease stigma. Scott utilizes an “Inside Out” experience-based approach to deliver greater insights into mental health challenges and opportunities. Personally, Scott has managed bipolar disorder for over 30 years.
At ConnectWise, Scott serves as the Strategic Initiatives Director, a role on the Business Operations & Programs team. His focus is to develop and execute initiatives that drive partner success. His work experience includes small, mid-sized, and Fortune 100 companies, plus higher education and a nonprofit. Scott has been the first employee in a start-up, taught at a university, served as the president of HTG Peer Groups, built a partner channel, and led innovation teams. These experiences—along with his MBA, engineering degree, and a passion for applied learning—provide a unique foundation for helping others build their legacies.
