Dr. Georgette Fraser-Moore also known as “Dr. Gee” is a leader in Technology, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Solutions. She is the President and CEO of Transformation Lead LLC, a global technology and business consulting firm focused on driving and implementing innovative technology and organizational change business solutions for enterprise corporations and government agencies. Her company has been handpicked by Executives and the US Department of Commerce to work with organizations with a global footprint on their digital strategy and cybersecurity initiatives. In addition to running a growing consulting firm, Dr. Georgette is a professor at Georgia State University’s School of Business, a published author, researcher, educator, philanthropist, missionary, and an active member of the global community. She has been featured in several publications such as Forbes, USA Today, New York Newsday, and Black Enterprise Magazine.

Dr. Georgette holds a Doctorate Degree from the University of Southern California in Organizational Change and Leadership. She completed a formal study and published her Dissertation entitled “Bridging the Gap of Gender Equity in Entrepreneurship.” She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. She was awarded the Presidential Service Award from President Barack Obama in 2016 for her volunteer and philanthropic work, she was also awarded the International Woman of Excellence Award in India at the Women’s Economic Forum 2019 and was recently awarded the Advancing Women in Technology Award.  In addition to driving business and technology forward, Dr. Georgette is a wife and true boy mom of 3 biological and 2 bonus sons. She serves on several boards and is a past board member of CompTIA. She is dedicated to aiding the advancement of businesses, gender equity, diversity, and developing underserved communities.
