Kick off your ChannelCon 2023 experience with the North America Community—CompTIA members and the CompTIA curious are all welcome! In this session, Executive Council members Hannah O’Donnell and MJ Patent will share how to make the most of the peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and collaboration that makes our community—and ChannelCon—an invaluable resource for those working in the technology industry. They’ll review some of the work being done by members participating in the Managed Services, Advancing Tech Talent and Diversity, Emerging Tech, and Cybersecurity committees, and provide an overview of the Community Track sessions at ChannelCon. MJ and Hannah will also provide their perspective on the impact of communities, drawing from their personal experiences in tech, as they share valuable best practices, and tips and insights about how they have found success throughout their careers.
Finally, to close out the North America Community ChannelCon Kick-off, Hannah and MJ will welcome the Cecilia Galvin Scholarship winner—awarded to a deserving female student aspiring to be a technology professional—for an interesting Q&A about the next generation of technology professionals. If you want to leave ChannelCon armed with practical information, new ideas, and innovative solutions to business challenges from the people who understand our businesses better than anyone else—other MSPs, vendors and distributors—and be inspired by the next generation, you won’t want to miss this session.
